What We Will Tell You That Others Might Not

01No reseller agreements and no product marginWe hold no resale arrangement with any cloud platform, security vendor or automation tool. Nothing we recommend changes what we earn. It is the first question worth asking any technology advisor and it filters the field quickly.

02We will argue for a smaller engagement when one will doWhere a narrower scope solves the problem, that is the scope we propose. Where the answer is a change to a system you already run, we say so and no project starts. It has ended conversations on the first call, and we would rather it ended there than at the third invoice.

03We say what is not heldNeither ISO 27001 nor SOC 2. No cloud or vendor partner status of any kind. No individual security certifications. The underlying practices are real, documented per engagement and inspectable. If a procurement process requires the certificate itself, raise it on the first call rather than at contract stage.

04Support has a stated limit, in writingCover during agreed working hours with a documented escalation path. Monitoring can run continuously; engineers do not. There is no overnight rota. A supplier who promises continuous cover without the headcount to staff it is describing an intention, not a service.

05Your accounts, your code, your documentationRepositories, cloud accounts and store identities in your name from the first commit. Nothing is developed in our environment and transferred later, which means there is no handover to negotiate and nothing holding you in place.

Two practices, and most engagements draw on both. Custom software development covers web and mobile builds, enterprise systems, SaaS, CRM and ERP, legacy modernization and integration, cloud, cybersecurity, data, design, QA, DevOps and the IT services that keep it all running. AI development services cover consulting and feasibility, generative AI, machine learning, computer vision, and the applied layer of agents, chatbots, voice agents, copilots, RAG, RPA, integration and governance. Most engagements draw on both.

We start with the workflow, before the technology. Discovery maps how work moves through your business today, where it stalls, and what each stall costs. Then we sequence the build so the highest-cost bottleneck is fixed first and funds the rest. Transformation programmes that begin with a platform selection tend to stall at year two.

Yes, and it is a large share of our custom software development work. We begin with a code and architecture review, then a written plan separating what must be rebuilt from what can be refactored in place. Rewrites are recommended only when maintenance cost genuinely exceeds rebuild cost. Delivery runs in parallel with your live product so users see no interruption.

Every AI feature we ship has a defined scope, an evaluation set and a human escalation path. We document which model is used and why, log decisions so outputs can be traced, and design around EU AI Act risk tiers where clients fall in scope. If a workflow should not be automated, we say so before the contract is signed.

Security review sits inside the sprint. Peer review on every merge, dependency and secret scanning in the pipeline, environment separation, and least-privilege access from day one. Test coverage targets are agreed at kick-off and reported each sprint. Penetration testing is scoped in on request for regulated deployments.

None, and it is better to say so here than to have you find out on a security questionnaire. Aipxperts holds no organisational certifications and our engineers hold no individual security badges. No, and it is deliberate. Aipxperts holds no reseller agreements and no vendor partnership tiers, which means no product recommendation on this site carries a margin behind it. When we recommend a tool, the reasoning is technical, and when your existing licence already covers the need we tell you that too.

Cost tracks scope, integration count and compliance load, not headcount. Four variables move it most: how many systems are in scope, how much of the estate needs rebuilding as opposed to extending, how many compliance frameworks apply, and whether we run the result afterwards. After a discovery call you get a written range with the assumptions behind it, so you can see which requirement is driving the number and drop it if it is not worth the spend.

Three, depending on how much of the delivery you want to own. Fixed scope suits well-defined builds with a signed specification. A dedicated team gives you named engineers working only on your roadmap, reporting into your own product manager. Staff augmentation adds specific skills to a team you already run. You can move between models as the project changes.

Every launch includes a defined support window with priority-based response commitments, from critical production incidents down to minor cosmetic fixes. Be clear on the shape of it: support is staffed during working hours, the out-of-hours path is agreed before the contract starts, and the response targets attached to those priority tiers are set per engagement rather than published here. There is no round-the-clock desk. After the initial window, support moves to a retainer sized to your release cadence.

Every project gets an overlap window agreed at kick-off, usually four hours against your working day, covering stand-up and any live review. Outside that window work continues against a written backlog, with decisions logged in one place so nobody waits overnight for an answer. Your project manager is a single named contact who stays with the project from kick-off to handover.

Because product engineering and applied AI sit in one delivery organisation here, so an AI feature does not get handed to a separate vendor who has never seen your codebase.
